El Trujillo

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of eltrujillo.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. The Site is operated by Enrico Trujillo Studio ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site or place an order.

1. What This Site Is

eltrujillo.com is a running log of daily studio practice — mountain sketches, portrait and color studies, and process clips, posted as they're made. Some pieces are also offered as fine-art print reproductions for purchase, as described below.

2. Ownership of Content

All artwork, images, and writing on this Site are the property of Enrico Trujillo unless otherwise noted, and are protected by copyright. You're welcome to view and share links to the Site, but reproducing, redistributing, or using the artwork or images for any commercial purpose without written permission is not allowed. Purchasing a print does not transfer any copyright — you're buying a physical reproduction for personal use, not a license to reproduce the image yourself.

3. Print Orders

Prints are offered in two fixed sizes — 12"×12" or 12"×16" — on Cold Press Watercolour Paper, 315gsm, printed using archival Giclée reproduction. Each print is made to order specifically for your purchase; nothing is pulled from pre-made stock. The price shown at checkout is the total price in USD for that order, including any shipping and applicable sales tax reflected in the final charge.

4. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We never see, collect, or store your card details — Stripe handles that directly and securely. By placing an order, you're also agreeing to Stripe's terms for end users.

5. Order Fulfillment & Shipping

Prints are produced and shipped on our behalf by Prodigi, a third-party print fulfillment partner. Orders are typically ready to ship within about 3 business days of purchase, then travel via USPS Priority Mail. We currently ship to US addresses only. Production and shipping timeframes are estimates, not guarantees — delays can happen, especially with the carrier once a package leaves the print lab.

6. Cancellations

Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, we generally can't cancel or modify an order once it's submitted. If you need to change or cancel an order, email us immediately at studio@enricotrujillo.com and we'll do what we can, but we can't promise it'll be in time.

7. Returns, Refunds & Damaged Prints

Because each print is made to order, we don't accept returns for a change of mind. If your print arrives damaged, misprinted, or never arrives, email studio@enricotrujillo.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date with your order details and, if possible, a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a reprint or a refund at our discretion.

8. Pricing

Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Changing a price doesn't affect an order already placed — you're charged the price shown to you at checkout.

9. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order on this Site.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enrico Trujillo Studio isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or a purchase made through it. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

11. Third-Party Links

This Site links to third parties — including Parsons Gallery of the West and enricotrujillo.com — for convenience. We aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the last update. Continuing to use the Site or placing an order after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
