This Privacy Policy explains what information eltrujillo.com (the "Site"), operated by Enrico Trujillo Studio ("we," "us," "our"), collects, how it's used, and who it's shared with. It covers both browsing the Site and ordering a print through it.

1. Information We Collect Automatically

Like most web hosting, our server keeps basic access logs — IP address, browser/device type, and pages requested — standard to running a website and not something we actively review or profile visitors with. We don't run analytics or ad-tracking scripts on this Site. Page fonts are served by Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers to load them; that request is subject to Google's own privacy policy, not ours.

2. Information You Provide When Ordering a Print

Placing a print order through Stripe Checkout collects your name, email address, shipping address, and (optionally) phone number. That information is entered directly into Stripe's checkout page — it reaches us only after payment succeeds, passed along by Stripe so we can have the print made and shipped to you. We store it (order details, shipping address, email) to fulfill that order and to have a record of it for customer service and our own tax/ accounting purposes.

3. Payment Information

We never see, collect, or store your card number or other payment details. Checkout and all payment handling happen on Stripe's own systems, governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.

4. Who We Share Information With

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising or marketing. It's shared only with the services that actually fulfill your order:

Stripe — processes payment and collects your contact/shipping details directly at checkout.
Prodigi — the print production partner who actually makes and ships your print; they receive your name, shipping address, and (if provided) phone number to do that.

5. Cookies

The Site itself sets a cookie only if you log into the admin area — a session cookie that keeps you signed in, nothing else. Ordinary visitors browsing the feed aren't cookied by us. Stripe's checkout page, on a different domain, sets its own cookies under its own policy once you get there.

6. How Long We Keep It

Order records (email, shipping address, order status) are kept as long as needed for customer service, and for our own tax and business record-keeping.

7. Your Choices

Email studio@enricotrujillo.com if you'd like a copy of the information we hold about you, want it corrected, or want it deleted (we may need to keep basic order records where we're legally required to, e.g. for tax purposes).

8. Children's Privacy

This Site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the last update.
